How are orders shipped?

We use standard freight shipping for all orders. If you have any special requests such as liftgate delivery, scheduled delivery appointments, or tilt truck services, please let us know. Note that additional charges may apply.

 

How do I unload the product?

Customers are responsible for unloading their orders. Product dimensions and weights are provided on each product page. Please ensure you have a forklift or similar equipment ready for unloading.

 

What if the product is out of stock?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by out-of-stock items. Our inventory moves quickly, but we will restock soon and provide an estimated availability date. You can secure your order by paying a 25% deposit, allowing us to reserve the product for you upon arrival. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

 

What should I know about order delivery?

A signature is required for deliveries of large orders. Upon delivery, it is the recipient's responsibility to inspect all packages for any damages. Any damage must be noted by the delivery person; otherwise, a damage claim cannot be filed. Failure to report concealed damages will result in a loss for the receiver.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the contiguous 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. For shipping to South America or Europe, please contact us for more information.

 

Do you offer financing?

We aim to assist every customer by partnering with PayPal, a third-party financing institution. For financing options, log in to your PayPal account and select PayPal Credit. For more information, visit PayPal Credit.

 

How long will my order take to deliver?

You will receive an email notification when your order ships. For small items, the tracking number will be included in the email, allowing you to track your order at any time. For large items, we will contact you with the estimated delivery time once the order is picked up.
